In 1998 the company moved to purpose-built offices on the Mon Plaisir, Green Lanes development on the outskirts of St. Peter Port - units owned by an associated company.
From there a dedicated staff provide a complete service to nearly 100 tenants, including having “on-call” access to builders, electricians, plumbers, as well as other professionals. Any problems are thus dealt with speedily.
