These units in Maison Brock, Maison de Jersey and Maison de Sausmarez are all on the second floor and are larger with a staircase giving access to a mezzanine sleeping/working area, with good storage space and velux roof lights.
All these units have fully fitted kitchens, equipped with ceramic hobbs, fan ovens, blinds to all windows and are fully carpeted. All have under-floor central heating and a tall cupboard for storage.
They are only suitable for single occupancy. PLEASE NOTE THESE MAISONETTES ARE UNFURNISHED, EXCEPT FOR THE OVENS & HOBBS.
