The Mon Plaisir Estate consists of 84 flats in 6 separate blocks, 36 have two large double bedrooms, 24 have a double plus a good-sized single. The living accommodation is spacious. Additionally there are 18 bedsits and 6 maisonettes, all are double-glazed and have fitted carpets. Most have been recently upgraded to have modern kitchens and bathrooms, plus electric central heating. Satellite TV runs throughout all the buildings, and there are sufficient points for appliances, including computers. The latest fire and safety equipment is installed in all the public areas.
Tudor also maintains the carefully landscaped gardens, together with all the public areas, on behalf of the owners, there are no service charges.
Mon Plaisir is situated in a quiet location within a 10-15 minute walk to St Peter Port town centre. There is ample (unallocated) parking on the premises with an opportunity of renting a garage. (Presently £70 / month). Our Web site pictures give a flavour of the whole complex.

Occupiers rates, water rates and tax on real property are an additional charge and Tudor always seeks a deposit plus good references from any applicant.
