Large Two Bedded Units
There are 12 in each of Maison Haro, Grue and Faite. Fully modernised with full double glazing, electric central heating and with fitted carpets, the accommodation is spacious, light and airy. Those on the upper floors enjoy views over the North and West of the Island.
The Lounge is large, the modern kitchen can include a breakfast area and the bathroom has a fitted shower. A spacious airing cupboard is also provided.
Smaller two bedded units
These are in Maison Brock, de Jersey and de Sausmarez. A good double bedroom plus a good size single sit alongside a hallway off which are found a good sized bathroom, lounge and kitchen.
Some have been fully modernised, all are let in a very good state of repair. Lower rents apply to the un-modernised units. PLEASE NOTE ALL OF THESE FLATS ARE UNFURNISHED.
